Event rentals
All events must be booked at least 2 months ahead of the date desired with a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure date. If your event is a month or less out a FULL payment is required to secure your date.
A 5 hour minimum is required for your event. Additional hours are $125 and can be requested any time BEFORE your event. If additional hours are requested on the day of your event the fee will be $150 per additional hour.
Please include setup and break down time in your hourly rental rate. Additional time can be included as needed, however, in the event that your event exceeds the booking time an additional fee of $125-$150 per hour will be applied depending on when the request is made.
Achroma is NOT responsible for the clean up during your event. Please make sure you take out all trash, wipe down all surfaces, and gather all items once the event has ended. If Achroma staff has to clean up during, or after your event, you will be charged a cleaning service fee of $350.
All Decor, if any is expected to be picked up at the end of event due to bookings the next day. If you need to pick up the following morning, an overnight fee of $100 and it MUST be picked up by 8AM. A late fee of $75 per hour will be charged until the equipment has been picked up. We are not responsible for any damage if left overnight.
Achroma has the right to decline or cancel any events without reason or cause at any moment.
Cancellations of confirmed events will result in the following charges:
If you are rescheduling at least 2 weeks or more prior to the rental date, you may reschedule the event date within 4 weeks without a 30% fee penalty.
If you are rescheduling at least 1 week prior to the event date, you may reschedule the event dat within 2 weeks without a 30% fee penalty.
If less than 96 hours prior to event date, then no payments will be refunded nor transfer to another date allowed without 50% rebooking fee.Same day cancellations or rescheduling will result in 100% rebooking fee of space.
